CSX, paint yer bridge!

Whereas most of the NS mainline around here is continuous welded. <br /> <br />With that revelation coupled with the bridge neglect, lets face it. If CSX was one of my neighbors, they would be the one with the used washers and refrigerators sitting out in the yard, flower beds overgrown with weeds, moss hanging out of their gutters, a '78 Duster up on blocks rusting away in the drive way, and a derelict schoolbus half full of old newspapers out in the back yard. [:D]
