Anyone who works for Union Pacific and reads certain sheets of paper (im not disclosing which, you will know if you work for them) It TELLS employee's tey CANNOT answer "inncoent' questions so really, all the engineers (and me because I do start-up/shut-down/sometimes run) are doing, is well.....THEIR JOB! Actually, it's funny you should mention what makes me a God... Nothing is the answer BUT... A famous pope once said.. Treating other people with respect and dignity brings you three steps closer to being a God then the person five steps behind you... Funny..
