here are some additions and corrections to the information presented in the sd70m roster on page 38 & 39.......

emd sd70ms listed as built in 12.02 on order 20016271a: these 3 units actually built as up 3971:2 to 3973:2........(first 3971 to 3973 were former mp sd40-2s)

up's 100 sd70ms listed as on order have been built and delivered.....the 3874 to 3970 were a continuation of order 20006271, and 3971 to 3973 were the emd demos listed above.....(3900 to 3973 are the second up units to use these numbers, the first were former mp sd30-2s 6000 to 6073.)

Your right on that last order for UP. I was up at my Grandparents and saw a intermodal train led by engines with the #'s 3934, 3935, 3936, and an SD-40 2, which I cannot remember the number for. But anyways, the order info is a little outdated.
