Do the Christians go against Italy because the Romans once fed them to lions as sport etc etc.. <br /> <br />The case against CSX is particularly absurd, because no railroad right now is particularly liquid, all are heavily saddled with debt due to aquisitions and merger. They are "plant" rich, and cash poor. <br /> <br />And as they have stated a number of times in the mag, though right of way and rails are expensive to put in place, it isn't worth much without traffic. <br /> <br />If there were a huge judgement, what incentive would CSX have to operate for years on end, withoutt profit to pay the shareholders? Id throw in the towel, how bout you? Let them start ripping up the rails, and sel l them for scrap, til it dawned on them that black consumers benefit from the operation of existing railroads just the same as everyone else.
