What's wrong with rrpicturearchives.net?
Posted by emd_SD_60 on Friday, June 30, 2006 9:44 PM
I've been trying to get on all this evening and I get some crummy "Configuration Error" message. I've been trying to upload some pics this evening there to finish my June album and this blows![:(!] Anybody else having trouble? Hopefully tomorrow it will be back.

Wouldn't ya know, I just posted this same thread. I am getting the following message:

I was also about to upload a bunch of photos.

Edit: One possibility is a server move, but I would think the owner would send out a warning via e-mail.

I copied the URL from the post above yours and it werks fer me.

Maybe it was just a glitch on the net.  (My MSN e-mail account was really screwy a couple of days ago, but it straightened out eventually.... I figure it is all those idiot hackers trying to disrupt life as we know and enjoy it)

This topic was started in 2006.

And "restarted" in 2017.

I've been going to rrpicturearchives for about that long.  And for all that time, it has occasionally had the slows or the no's.  Seems to be just the way it is.  I come back later and everything is normal.  Which means not lightning fast, but sorta adequate.

It is a valuable site for me and I wish it and its owner well.
