Just to make sure there is room. <br /> <br />So, it seems like the RR's can manage the problem with a modest amount of effort. <br /> <br />And, if they screw up some how, and do what they should not be doing, shouldn't they get jacked up for it? <br /> <br />Conceivably , they could be blocking ambulances on the way to the hospital in such instances, or even blocking cops on their way to the donut shop.
