Jeaton, we have a chain link fence at the edge of the ROW and the irritant had a six foot high wooden fence on the rear of his property. An alley is between the ROW and his fence. Due to a slight grade and the height of the rail car you could see about 1/2 of his back yard. Always have been tempted to go out there and see what he is doing, but I do not consider it a spectator sport. <br /> <br />Cheers, <br />*** <br /> <br />***
