Deaf man victim of train accident....

What was he doing walking on the tracks? If it was at a crossing, there should be ample visuals (lights and gates) to indicate an on-coming train. But if he was walking on the tracks or crossing the guage, he was (tragically) in the wrong. Imagine how the train crew must feel, not knowing the man was deaf.
