Jeff- Yes, they are in various states (I saw a few of them some years ago as a consultant) but I doubt Industrial Rail will want to simply sell me one "as is". Judging from their website it seems they are trying to completely rebuild and sell the cars. Given that they only have about 30 cars I would think that they won't want to part with their inventory for the rebuilding cheap. Also, all the VIA cars have some FRA issues as many of the safety appliances required in the US have been modified or removed. LC
