Tired of the ignorance and bossyness.

Well, to follow the first post in reply, I would say "Just take your train set and go home." Wait a second- you ARE home. <br /> <br />The whole point of a layout is to do whatever you want to do with it. It's a hobby. I got started running Lionel trains around a large circle. There is nothing accurate about running a Santa Fe F unit and then replacing it with a New York Central Hudson pulling freight. On a track with three rails. I didn't know any better, so I had a great time. And fell in love with railroads. <br /> <br />Nowadays, I'm working on a layout that's sort of historically accurate, complete with matching locomotives and cabooses. I'm having a great time... which is the whole point. Very few people, except for my local hobby shop salesman (who models the same railroad a decade later) know enough about the stretch of tracks I have going to be able to tell the difference- including my wife. <br /> <br />Have fun. It's your hobby! Get folks mad about something more important. <br /> <br />Erik
