I don't need to change the law.. I'm above the law!!! AHAHAHAHA! <br /> <br />Ok missouri if you want the law to be changed so badly follow these easy steps: <br /> <br />1. Drive your car onto the railroad tracks <br />2. wait for a train <br />3.. when it's about to obliterate your car into bite-seize peices.. Stick your tongue out at the train <br />4. after the wreckage clean up, someone may disocver you were right all along, and might change the law* <br /> <br />*keyword in #4 is May, and might. <br />
