I've been itching to try that "Delete Member" button. Hey, that's cool -- if there's something we're doing that makes you upset, let us know. You have a right to voice your opinion. However you have to appreciate the position (predicament?) we're in. On one hand we're criticized for not intervening enough and when someone does intervene, we're criticized for intervening too much. It's difficult to find that middle ground where everyone is content. Keep in mind that we are dealing with a diverse audience in age, location, religious beliefs, moral values and political views. We're certainly not asking people to become "politically correct" robots, but to treat each other with respect and decency.
