PacifiCorp own a power plant just outside of Gillette, Wyodak, that uses an air-to-air cooling system simply because there is NO water available to rn a power plant. It's not as efficient, and costs more to build and operate. <br /> <br />Lets face it, the ONLY long-term solution to improving service to the PRB area is the construction of a new line outside of the existing ROW. Double-tracked is pretty much a given.
