Question about BNSF Operations in the Fort Worth - Alliance, TX area

I was visiting the DFW area recently and found that BNSF has a large yard in Fort Worth / Saginaw TX and another, fairly nearby out next to the new intermodal ramp at Alliance (Haslet) TX.
Does anyone know how the coordinate between the two? Why 2 so close together? Do they shuttle cars between them?
Thx - Stack

Stack,
BNSF has the N.Yard on Dean Rd south of Saginaw..It is a minor yard where transfers to UP are made up..Saginaw is also a minor operation ..They used to have a TTX facility there but it may be at Alliance now also..Alliance is the BIG Kahuna for BNSF around this area..They do suffle cars between them..N .Yard was BN's yard and Saginaw and Alliace were ATSF's before the merger...I hope this helps or answers your question...Videomaker
