Turntable and DCC

Installing a new Layout (my first) of the FEC keys extention starting at the old Miami yard. I have a Atlas 90 degree turntable and am using MRC Prodigy system. Can't seem to find much information on DCC turntable wiring other than the instructions that came with the Atlas motor. Do I need to wire each storage track? Also I found a diagram on a Lenz LK100 Auto reverse contol. (MRC has a AD520)
I have wires dropping through the layout for the motor (two lines) and now I am ready for the next steps. Any help is appreciated.

Bearcat...We have all of our storage tracks wired separately so the engines stay put when the turntable is activated. My son wired the system and knows more about it than I do. I have my hands full just trying to run the layout. Suggest you put your question on the model railroad forum. I think you will get more accurate responses there.
