What kind of information do I need to include with a picture for the picture of the day on the home page?

In my email to Trains.com should I just put down my name, date the picture was taken, and place the picture was taken, or just send the picture.

http://www.trains.com homepage, it has the picture of the day on it, and an email adress of where to send photos, but not what to include with the picture.
