You might want to contact a British organisation about plans if any actually exist. Since you're planning to build a pressure vessel (the boiler) from scratch, I hope that your wallet is fat enough to afford the skilled labor that you're going to need to build something that will pass inspection.

The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul

Try The National Railway Museum in York,, google for their website.
They built a replica, so must have plans.

Someone makes a 1/24 scale model of the Rocket-I bought one for my father about 3-5 yrs ago-may still be in production-in addition to plans, may help with modelling-Good Luck -Keep us posted!
