Most people know I am not a GE fan. I never really liked the pug nosed GE units either. However, if that is what floats your "boat" lol , here ya go.

You need to get the Sept/Oct 1990 issue of "Diesel Era" magazine, also the December 1991 and January 1992 issues of "Mainline Modeler" magzines. They both have articles on the U18B with numerous detail photos. There might be back issues of these magazine still available from the publishers.
But, just for photos of "Baby Boats" try http://www.rr-fallenflags.org you have to go to each RR that had U18B's to find them.
