Just about any brand Palm Pilot should work. The only thing you need to know is the size of the file that you're going to load onto it, in this case the rule book, and what format (like a .pdf file) and have the software on there to view it. Then just make sure the PP has at least twice this capacity.

Of course, people might take your question a bit more seriously if you didn't list the website as bnsf.sucks.com LMAO

What's the deal here? No viewable post. There was a real web site called bnsfsucks.com for palm files. Is this chick some new hire wanting palm files for the powder river div?
