Council Bluffs is a GREAT town to train watch. They have BNSF, UP, & KCS as well as plenty of locals going through town. They will soon have the state's largest coal power plant. It's location was decided based on the competitive rates of UP & BNSF since they are both present in Council Bluffs. This is also the home of a restoration facility for UP's Heritage Fleet as well as the Union Pacific Museum in downtown.

Take care.
