CFA Question
Posted by SchemerBob on Wednesday, August 3, 2005 2:46 PM
A few years ago I recieved a model Union Pacific diesel locomotive. I had no idea what it was, but after looking at a few 1980 Diesel Spotter's Guides, figured out it was a Fairbanks-Morse "C-Liner" CFA-16-4. I was wondering, are there any of these C-Liner engines preserved in museums? It would be interesting to see one, although, a jazzy UP painted engine I will probably never see, because Union Pacific never had any!!!
Long live the BNSF .... AND its paint scheme. SchemerBob
