Peak oil....google it..... Its not so much a shortage if gas, its a shortage of refineries and pipelines too. The reason why no one in America has expanded or built a new refinery since 1972, you read that corrrect, 1972, is costs..... Its always economic..... <br /> <br />We built up so much American capacity, no one is interested in investing any more funds to expand it..... What happened in the early 1970s that killed the expansion of our refineries..... DO YOU REMEMBER THE END OF THE OIL DEPLETION ALLOWANCE! <br /> <br />
