Something special moving on old WC line near Stevens Point, WI

Hello,
I was talking with my brother the other day and he said there were a bunch of people lined up with cameras and camcorders on an overpass bridge in Waupaca, WI on the WC line from Chicago to Minnesota that is now CN. He and I have both lived in the area for quite a while and never have noticed anyone on that bridge taking pictures. This was just last Friday and Saturday . 5-3, 5-4 .Just curious. THanks Dennis

Could have been the old Iowa Interstate locomotives moving north. Otherwise I have heard nothing except for the D&RGW 5401 I think it was that is still unpatched running around.
