I wonder if the railroad has contemplated a civil suit against this guy to recover the costs of 1) fixing the locomotive and 2) medical costs from the crew. (From what I read on these forums, the crew probably has some "pain and suffering" issues, too.) <br /> <br />I'm always amazed at how smart people get after they do really dumb things and their wallets are surgically removed by learned practitioners of the legal community. <br /> <br />Erik
