Sure it's important to make money and of course it is the duty of management to ensure that stockholders are getting the vaule that they deserve, but I disagree that workers should be treated like numbers. <br /> <br />Yes they are treated like numbers (disposable numbers in CNs case), I'm not so nieve as to believe that the CEO of ever major corporation should know all of his/her employees by name, catering to their every request, but I do believe that it isn't difficult (and certainly not impossible) to treat their employees like humans. <br /> <br />In my opnion, CN does a very poor job of respecting their employees, I for one am glad I don't work there.
