Service disruption on AMTRAK
Posted by railroad65 on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 12:09 AM
A friend just e-mailed me that Amtrak has a service disruption affecting the Piedmont, Carolinian and the Crescent. The Crescent came through Danville at just before 12:00 this afternoon going northbound. Does anybody know what happened to have caused this, only thing I have seen posted was a NS derailment in Sailsbury,NC.

Thanks, Railroad65

Since nothing has been reported on the news you can***u me it was equipment problems or bad dispatching by the host RR. [:(]
