I would say that she's lucky to be alive.
Some other people haven't been that fortunate.

It sounds like something out of a cheap hollywood movie...or my first hour class, we are great at making explosion sounds and worst-case-senerios.

The thread title looks like something that would end up on "Headlines" on "The Tonight Show". It can be misread to look like the author is saying it "sucks" that the woman survived.

This reminds me of a headline I read in a newspaper once, it read "Man Rescued After Car Wreck Leaves Hospital". It is a good thing the wreck left the hospital.

Story says something about Ford Quality, doesn't it?

Kinda reminds me of the story about the guy who crashed in the snow after skidding on an icepatch, he wasnt badly hurt. When the ambulance arrived, it skidded on the same patch and ran over him...that what you call a Bad Day !!!

   Have fun with your trains

My family has good luck with Fords and very bad luck with Chevys. But personally, I don't care to get hit by a freight train in either. [:D]

No worse than what happened to me not once but twice I got bounced around like a pinball due to mechanical failures first time the seatbelt held hit the ditch backwards then when for an 990 dergree barrell roll landed on my driverside window. Second time got hit had the cab fly off thrown across the cab over the doghouse the engine cover is the doghouse for you non truck drivers and then had the cab spin 180 to face the radiator. [angel][angel] my gaurdian angel never failed me then.

Reminds me of the movie Eraser with Arnold S, except James Caan didn't survive that SP freight that hit his limo at full force.
