Are the Reports About UP 4323 True?

Union Pacific SD70M No. 4323 that was flipped over in the deadly January 2005 three-train Metrolink commuter train wreck in Glendale, California is reportedly now off the UP roster. Can anyone confirm this?

Wow in the pix it looked like it was almost new. That wacko sure did a number on both people & equipment.

Maybe it is off the roster for a bit for repairs? [:(][:(]

It's status in the computer shows stored unservicable, awaiting repairs.
