Quick Time Suggestions For Webcams
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, September 19, 2002 3:12 PM
Yes I would like to make a suggestion here for Trains.Com Webcams.I think that you should have an option to use Quick Time for all of ur Webcams so that we if we have 28-56K Modems using Quick Time will be like running a Video Tape in the VCR,For exsample I was at Live Trains .Com today noticed at the top of the screen inb the right hand corner I saw a moving BNSF Freight Train man that would be awsome if your.Railcams could be like that using Quick Time or waht ever Program we can Download to see it that way. What do you all think of this Idea please reply asap Thank You."If we Use It.It Will Come" he He He

How did you get livetrains.co other than typing in the url??? It sure did not come up on my system. As long as I am here, where is the Ft. Madison cam?? I read in a post that Trains was going to have it up an running the first part of last week. Just a question.

.....Yes, I went looking for livetrains.com too just a few minutes ago and no luck...

It sure would be an improvement if we had cams that showed us real live movement. How about sound too...Might as well wish or it all.

LiveTrains will be going "live" the week of 9/23, you can view our template at www.livetrains.com/defualt.asp

At that time the Ft. Madison cam will broadcast there, but for now, you can view our new camera technology at http://205.229.201.25
