Chessie System Engine Question

Today I saw a Chessie System delivering coal to the University of Georgia where I go to school. It had B&O 6525 on the cab. Also the word radio. On other sites I have seen this engine listed as retired from CSX. The line by UGA is Norfolk Southern so I was wondering if anybody new anything about this engine or of a place to find out more about it. I was thinking that maybe it was a lease unit. I was never old enough to see any Chessie Systems in revenue service so I was excited to see this unit and would like to learn more. I am waiting to get some pictures of it developed, and am doing some research in the mean time.
TIA,
Dough

I saw a Chessie System painted locomotive sitting in CSX's Etowah Terminal over the summer, so apparently, there are still a few unrepainted. There is also a Family Lines caboose assigned to this yard. I have no idea why, but it does move from place to place in the yard. If the paint lasts, why spend the money to replace it?
