What's your source for the 41.7% figure? As for the telecom thing, a PR news item is not an accurate indicator of whether re-monopolizing the Baby Bells is a benefit or cost to the consumer. I am more persuaded by the reports of customers' loss of internet choice and price competition due to this court decision.
