perhaps the BLE can file suit or get an injuction against the perpetraitors of this. I was passenger on an Amtrak train the hit two people last weekend and the impact on the operating crew was devastating.

Sorry, but that is about as protected free speech as you can get. If you remember that rap song controversy where the song encouraged people to kill cops, that was protected speech too.
