Well, a police locomotive would have to be fast to go after the speeders and also for high-speed chases and such. This engine appears to be an A3 locomotive. The Flying Scotsman (which is an A3) was the first locomotive to officially break the 100mph barrier, so they certainly picked a good type of engine to do this work! <br /> <br />On a police car, the people who get arrested go in the back seat, but in this case, they'd have to sit in the coal pile in the tender. <br /> <br />This would make a good episode of Cops!
