It strikes me as similar to the wailing and gnashing of teeth that always surrounds the retelling, for the ten thousandth time, the story of the woman in New Mexico (or was it Arizona) and the hot coffee from McDonalds... <br /> <br />If there isn't more to this case I would be surprised. Certainly, if it is as reported I would expect the court to issue sanctions for such a frivolous suit... <br /> <br />LC <br />
