Cost of new rail construction

Just as an example, currently we are replacing a curve on the rr I work for. This consists of 720feet of new 136lb rail on the high side of the curve, transposing the rail from the high side to the low side and replacing 120 ties. All done with non-union contract labor. <br /> <br />Any guesses on cost?? <br /> <br />Approx. cost is going to be $45,000.00.
