Sounds like Goober belt pack operator was on the wrong side of the train dorko. Even tractor trailor drivers have their co-drivers get out and check what they are backing over. Called common courtesy and giveing a HOOT literally what they are running over. You don't have the right of way --- you have the common law duty to have the train seen and heard. Now get to bed because tommorow you might impress someone with your dribble.
