Railroad that bought IMRL???

The railroad's name is Iowa, Chicago, & Eastern. As far as I know, it's running all the same trains as IMRL did. It switched from numbers to alpha codes. I think 232 is MKCSP, 233 is MSPKC (St. Paul to Kansas City manifest). 98 and 99? IC&E has now recieved a small handful of painted units GP's and SD40-2. Hope this is helpful.
