And then there are situations like on June 22, 2018 when not all possible defects can be found with visual inspections alone. That is the time the doubts should set in. At least it is the way I handled similar situations in my 35 year carreer in civil engineering. And that 100 times nothing happened doesn't mean the 101 time will go well too. Regards, Volker
