1 the stereo was not on 2 both windows were down 3 they did not have a cell phone 4 there was no back seat - farm truck 5 they were paying attention - one did not lose consciousness and was able to give detains they did get hit by a train, one that was speeding two dead, two scarred physically and emotionally for life
