That is actually the train that the UP did for the winter olympics when they were in Salt Lake City in 2002. It carried the torch in a huge cauldron at the rear of the train in a specially made car. So if any of you thought it was a new UP paint scheme, sorry to let you down! Here are some more pictures of it taken by some of the members of the Santa Maria Valley Railway HIstorical Museum:

This can't be owned by Union Pacific. It isnt the right color!! and i dont believe that they would spend money on anything else besides defacing those gorgeous c&NW and SP units!! :) :) :)
