At the very least, the compensation the government would have to pay for this would probably be an amount equal to purchasing the entire railroad network. Why would the government do something that STUPID, when it collects plenty of good tax revenue from the private railroads now and has none of the capital at risk. Simple answer: It will never happen, because it is a dumb idea. Add it to the stack. <br /> <br />LC
