At Carajás hills there is iron ore to be explored for more than 600 years! The mines are bigger that some countries in Europe. So, in a distante future, US and other countries will need to open railroads to get minerals from amazon land. Not direct to US, but to some harbor in south or entral America. It will depend on the localization of the mines. <br /> <br />Pedrop
