In how many cartoons did we see the protagonist drop a letter in the mailbox then have the item delivered moments later?

I believe you're thinking of products produced by the ACME Company. Most of those are still in the testing stage.

Put the AAR/TTC test center on your bucket list. When you come into the facility, you pass over the top of something that looks very similar that shares spaces with a flying air-hockey-puck guideway and next to a track where ACME's newest and best meet a concrete wall face to face. 

Just sayin'Smile, Wink & Grin.... You might even meet Wylie Coyote (Genius)'s little brother Cunning or Taz at the controls of the newest brain scrambler undergoing tests.
