3699-3873 (including Dru's 3817-3819 sighting) Recent order of 175 units. I believe some will eventually be delivered designated SD70M-2 with teir 2 emmissions and SD70ACe carbody inc phase 2 cab. Numbering may change as deliveries occur. Its all very confusing. 3874-3973 part of 2nd order with 5000-5126. 3974-3984 & 3986-3999 ex SP units. 4000-4999 1st order (4690+4691 renumbered 2000+2001) 5000-5126 (part of 2nd order) Did I miss anything?
