One very good enthusiastic engineer. I think she may be what the project needs. Has a take no prisoners attitude and certainly knows her disciplnes. Too bad I am retired, I think I would like to be on her team. Lets hope the money people don't mess this up.

They have no money, thats the problem right now. Money is what moves the project from pure fantasy to reality. They are projected to break ground in the Fall of this year but have not 1 penny in construction funds. They only have design money. They need $12-15 Billion in private money. They stated they are going to try Federal Loans, time will tell if they get those, even though they are taxpayer subsidized and really meant for existing rail infrastructure.
