Are you the owner of the MRPS? Then why do you suddently feel the need to decide what is or isn't an accepable level of proffesionalism for them? It is their company, and they will be the deciders of what level of proffesionalsim they want to carry themselves with. It is not for you to tell them how to carry themselves, much like you wouldn't tell a RR museum how to preserve their collection, or tell a Model Railroader how to build or run his layout.   -S.
