Thanks so much Miningman!  I remember Mr. Sinclair's great "shot in the arm" to us from 1973.  We really needed it then.

I especially like the line about the Pennsylvania and New York Central Railroads being broke and no other country would even lend them an old caboose! 

Of course on the surface that seems silly but it's a very good analogy of the reality of the way it is.
