This improvement occurred while highway traffic increased 80 percent" <br /> <br />someone should point out to this guy that he has just conceeded that the railroad's actions can save lives, while implying that previous inaction cost lives. <br />... and he wonders why people get the wrong impression. <br />cbt141 <br />
