That Indiana Northeastern line is still going through Fremont with a working crossing gate across the highway. <br /> <br />I found my handy 1927 railroad atlas, and it seems the line I spotted further east, close to the ohio line, is the old FW & Jackson line between Reading Mich and Angola Ind. (New York Central) <br /> <br />Surprisingly, the rails are still there, rusted and on wildly sun warped ties. Surprised they were neverr pulled up for scrap value.
