i agree with ed... this werck was a track thing not the 70ace goin into reverse. Theres no way emd would let something like that go without a failsafe. UP's maint. is what caused this, too many coal trains not enough up keep. It happens alot where im at. Seems like these guys are always putting one on the ground.
